Contact all Ryland sales associates weekly to update listings which includes:
Imputing new listings
Changing status of listing at point of contract
Preparing and sending closing documentation to listing services as per our contractual obligations with same listing service
Input information gathered from Ryland sales associates into a format used by real estate agents when searching for standing inventory homes
Review and edit all listings as they appear to real estate agents with Ryland sales associates
Send copy of listing to appropriate sales associate for editing
Review and make changes to edited listing
Return to sales associate for final proofing
Marketing contingency pre-sales
Track construction status of contingency homes to list at earliest opportunity (drywall)
Market all contingency pre-sales though listing services (as stated above)
Consulting sales associate to update and review listing in order improve marketability
Change directions to facilitate easier location of subdivision
Replace renderings with photo at appropriate stage of construction
Change description and features as necessary
Alerting the brokerage community to the pre-sale opportunities available through Ryland Homes
Lockbox maintenance (placement/removal)
Provide lockbox access to brokerage community
Increase accessibility to real estate agents by 30 hours weekly
Consulting with sales management
Raise or change commissions to increase volume and gain market share
Answer questions and confer with management as to listing service policy’s and procedures and Georgia Real Estate Commissions, guidelines/regulations
Field inspections of subdivisions to comply with contractual obligations with listing services
